We primarily focus on weekly lawn maintenance to ensure consistent results. To make weekly service affordable, we offer flexible monthly payment plans.
Bi-weekly service may be approved on a case-by-case basis, typically for special circumstances such as fixed income or disability.
Yes. Clients on 9-Month or 12-Month plans may add services and have the cost spread across remaining months or pay for the service in full. Pay-per-service clients are billed individually.
Seasonal 9-Month Plan – Covers basic lawn maintenance with a set number of cuts per season. Additional cuts due to heavy growth are included at no extra cost. additional addons available.
Full 12-Month Plan – Fixed monthly payment covering year-round property maintenance, including lawn care, snow removal, mulching, trimming, and more.
Included additional visits apply only if the Seasonal plan is completed in full.
Pay-Per-Service – Services billed individually
Some services are seasonal and performed as conditions allow.
Seasonal plans are designed to reward consistency over the full term. Additional cuts performed due to heavy growth are included at no extra cost when the plan is completed as agreed.
If a plan is canceled early, all services performed are billed at standard per-service rates, and any remaining balance is due at the time of cancellation.

If damage occurs, we address it promptly. Legitimate claims are covered by insurance.
