All estimates are based on visible site conditions at the time of quoting. Prices may change if site conditions differ from what was originally observed or disclosed.
Additional services requested outside the original scope will be quoted separately and must be approved prior to completion. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and unobstructed access to all service areas on scheduled service days. Gates, fences, and access points must allow proper equipment entry.
If access requirements are not met, services may be skipped or rescheduled and may be subject to a service or mobilization charge.
Weather conditions may affect scheduling and service timing. We reserve the right to delay or reschedule services due to rain, extreme heat, unsafe ground conditions, or equipment protection.
Seasonal services may shift based on weather patterns and growth conditions.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late or unpaid balances may result in service suspension and/or late fees.
Accounts not paid within agreed terms may be subject to collection.
Clients enrolled in Seasonal (9-Month) or Full-Year (12-Month) payment plans agree to a fixed monthly payment based on the services included in their selected plan.
Payment plans are designed to distribute the cost of services over time and are not usage-based. Monthly payments do not fluctuate based on the number of visits performed.
Additional services requested during the active term may be added to the plan and spread across remaining payments or billed separately at the client’s choice.
Payment plans are not refundable for unused, declined, or weather-adjusted services.
Lawn growth and service needs vary due to weather, soil conditions, and seasonal factors. Service frequency may be adjusted as necessary to maintain property standards.
For clients on Seasonal or Full-Year plans, additional visits required to manage excessive growth are included and do not constitute additional billable services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients may request to pause or cancel service with proper notice.
If the client cancels before the end of an agreed service term, the client shall be billed for all work completed up to the cancellation date at the agreed-upon rates. Any remaining balance for services already performed shall be due immediately upon cancellation.
If a Seasonal (9-Month) or Full-Year (12-Month) payment plan is canceled before completion, all services performed up to the cancellation date shall be recalculated at the standard per-service rate, regardless of any included or courtesy services previously provided.
Any remaining balance resulting from this reconciliation shall be due immediately upon cancellation.
Courtesy services, including additional visits performed due to heavy growth, are conditional benefits of plan completion and do not apply if the plan is terminated early.
We are not responsible for damage to:
Underground utilities, irrigation systems, invisible fencing, or unmarked private lines
Pre-existing landscape or hardscape conditions
Clients are responsible for marking irrigation systems, septic components, and private utilities. Minor turf wear from equipment is considered normal.
Natural materials may vary in color, size, and appearance. Soil settlement, drainage behavior, and plant performance may vary based on site conditions.
Maintenance is required after installation to ensure longevity. Plant survival is not guaranteed unless a written warranty is provided.
Standard cleanup is included unless otherwise stated. Disposal fees, dump fees, and additional hauling may apply for large volumes of debris or excavated material.
Clients are responsible for providing and maintaining a valid email address and contact information for billing, service updates, and client portal access.
Failure to receive communications due to incorrect or outdated contact information does not relieve payment obligations.
Referral rewards are issued after the referred client completes their first paid service. Credits are applied as account credits, not cash.
Credits expire 12 months from issue date and may not exceed 25% of any single invoice. Referral rewards may not be combined with other promotions.
We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if conditions are unsafe, hazardous, or materially different than disclosed.
We may take before-and-after photos of completed work for documentation and marketing purposes. No identifying personal information will be shared without consent.
Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
By scheduling services or allowing work to be performed, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
